- Our study is a prospective, randomized, controlled trial comparing arthroscopy alone versus arthroscopy and single injection hyaluronate post arthroscopy in a group of patients with osteoarthritis of the knee. So far we have reported our interim results at the local research day with data out to six weeks. We are using visual analogue scale for pain, WOMAC, and SF-36 for outcomes pre-op versus six week and six month follow-up.
-
- We will have all 110 pts enrolled at time of presentation. Our interim report will include results on all six week data as well as the interim six month data on the patients whom have completed by the time of presentation. (We estimate will be about 75).
