The 2007 CORA Annual Meeting is being held again in conjunction with the COA and CORS Annual Meeting. The CORA meeting will take place one day before the COA meeting. We encourage all residents to stay on after the CORA meeting to attend the COA conference.

HOTEL ACCOMMODATIONS

Your hotel accommodations for the two nights of the CORA meeting at the Delta Barrington (May 30 and May 31 ONLY) will be arranged and covered by CORA. Your confirmation number will be sent to you via email by April 15.
If you want to keep the same room for the COA meeting, (any nights after May 31st) please contact the Delta Barrington. Let them know that a reservation will be made for you by CORA for the nights of May 30 and 31 and that you’d like to keep the same room. Fees and arrangements for accommodations AFTER the CORA meeting are your own responsibility.

HOTEL DISCLAIMER: The accommodations that are covered by CORA are for DOUBLE OCCUPANCY ROOMING. We will do our best to room you with your preferred roommate as indicated on your registration form. CORA reserves the right to change your roommate if required (due to cancellations or an uneven number of registrants).

You must maintain the room/reservation that will be made for you by CORA for the nights of May 30 & 31. Any changes you make to your reservation will be charged directly to the resident.
